Open positions

Nurse Practitioner: Build and Grow a Practice

This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner to help establish a new healthcare facility and grow it into a full practice. You'll build your patient base with the support of our pharmacy team, drawing on our established community relationships and decades of patient trust.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is business-minded and excited to build something from the ground up
  • Wants to grow a patient panel and shape how the practice develops
  • Enjoys collaborating closely with pharmacists and pharmacy staff
  • Holds an active New Jersey APN license

Preferred:

  • More than 5,000 hours of licensed, active advanced nursing practice, qualifying for independent practice under New Jersey law (P.L.2026, c.6)
  • Certification in one of the population focus areas eligible for independent practice in New Jersey: family/individual across the lifespan, adult-gerontology, pediatrics, women's health, or behavioral health

Collaborating dermatologist: A dermatologist may be available to enter into a joint protocol, supporting dermatology services that fall outside New Jersey's independent practice scope.

Pharmacist

We're seeking a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care and accuracy. You'll verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and work closely with prescribers and our team. Candidates should hold an active New Jersey pharmacist license.

Pharmacy Technician

We're looking for a detail-oriented pharmacy technician to help keep our pharmacy running smoothly, from prescription intake and data entry to supporting patients and pharmacists. Candidates should be registered as a pharmacy technician in New Jersey.
