Where We Ship We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

UPS shipping options - including UPS Ground, 2-Day Air, and Overnight — are available at checkout with rates calculated based on your location, package weight, and selected service.
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Important Notes
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available for eligible locations.
- This shipping policy applies to retail product orders (skincare, OTC, vitamins & supplements) only. Prescription orders are subject to separate fulfillment terms.
