Nurse Practitioner: Build and Grow a Practice
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner to help establish a new healthcare facility and grow it into a full practice. You'll build your patient base with the support of our pharmacy team, drawing on our established community relationships and decades of patient trust.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is business-minded and excited to build something from the ground up
- Wants to grow a patient panel and shape how the practice develops
- Enjoys collaborating closely with pharmacists and pharmacy staff
- Holds an active New Jersey APN license
Preferred:
- More than 5,000 hours of licensed, active advanced nursing practice, qualifying for independent practice under New Jersey law (P.L.2026, c.6)
- Certification in one of the population focus areas eligible for independent practice in New Jersey: family/individual across the lifespan, adult-gerontology, pediatrics, women's health, or behavioral health
Collaborating dermatologist: A dermatologist may be available to enter into a joint protocol, supporting dermatology services that fall outside New Jersey's independent practice scope.
